我是一位單身的學校老師平日喜歡遊山玩水，深知出外住宿要找一個乾淨安全舒適
又便宜的住宿環境並不容易，因此決定提供本人住所給到台北旅遊的旅客另一個選
擇。這裡曾接待過來自歐美亞十餘國的旅客，也是國內軍公教、學生、考生到台北
旅遊或考試時的最佳選擇住所。(特別恭喜去年高考與今年地方特考金榜題名的兩位
考生房客喔。)
我的住處坐落於中和南勢角捷運站附近的幽靜巷子裡，步行約六分鐘。雖然是一棟
舊公寓，但屋內乾淨舒爽，旅客可共用客廳，餐廳，並備有微波爐、烤麵包機供使
用(恕不提供廚房烹煮)。附近有興南觀光夜市、烘爐地(著名土地公廟，可俯瞰大台
北)圓通寺等著名景點。
**住宿有兩房間可供選擇，房價自如下：
*大房間單人每日700元，附有電視、dvd。
*小房間單人每日500元。
*大房間，大小房間內有大小毛巾、牙(膏)刷、吹風機等，亦歡迎旅客響應環保，自備清潔用品。
*備有無線與有線網路，均不另加收費，旅 客可自備筆電使用。
**另這裡只提供住宿，恕不供應早餐等餐點喔。
備註：
1.兩出租房間皆為雅房，須共用衛浴設施，若講求飯店式設備的旅客
請另覓他處。另住所浴室為乾濕分離，並使用免治沖洗馬桶。
2.無論大小房間多加一人每日須加收100元(非情況特殊，小房間以單人入住為主。)。
3.為維護居住環境之單純，歡迎背包客、學生、考生與軍公教人員入住，入住
時請備身分證明。其他旅客若能於信中說明身分背景與住宿原因也歡迎入住。
4.每日計算時間為下午15:00到隔日中午12:00。
5.有興趣入住者請先以email與本人連絡，因本人並非每日都固定瀏覽此
網頁，所以若訂房時間較趕，請盡量不要在此留言，以爭取時效：

Hello to our overseas guests!
A big welcome to all our guests of Taipei. My home is a real
local-style apartment.I live in the apartment myself and have two
spare rooms where you can stay, homestay style on a daily basis.
The apartment is just 5 minutes by foot from NanShiJiao MRT,
which is on the orange line and only a few stations from Guting MRT.
NanShiJiao is a bustling affordable neighbourhood but the rooms
are safe and quiet, tucked away in a lane.
I am a dedicated elementary school teacher and I am a fervent
traveler and will gladly share with you my knowledge of Taiwan.
I speak English quite well too.
The larger room is 700 NT per day (800 NT for two people).There is a
TV and DVD player. The other room is only 500 NT per day. There
is no TV but a PC you can use.Both rooms have aircon and wireless
internet access included.
